What to expect from New Trend Home:

We handle every step of the way -design concepts, plans, permits and construction services- to get you into your dream home in an efficient and stress-free process.

Step 1: Design. We provide our clients with a complimentary consultation, during which different possibilities will be reviewed. In this stage we endow you with a ball park estimate (a rough estimate), which may sometimes be done over the phone. Once you’re comfortable to move forward, we will move on to Step 2.

Step 2: Scope of Work. Once you are comfortable to move forward, we will meet you at your home to discuss the scope of work for Development. Subsequently, in this phase we will ask our world class designer to visit your home, at a fraction of her cost, and discuss various possibilities with you.

Step 3: Construction. Most of our projects require you to vacate your home. If, however, you will be living in your home during construction, every effort will be made to keep your interior clean and free of construction debris.

Step 4: Completion: At this step you will inspect the work to make sure everything is in accordance with the contract. We warrant our work for 12 Month. If anything goes wrong the workmanship is guaranteed, so there is nothing be worry about.

Step 5: if you are 100% satisfied with our work, we would request for your kind letter of recommendation. Nothing fancy though. Just something absolutely simple to admire our work! This will help us continue to get new work.
